No Returns on Opened Products
01Due to the sensitive, chain-of-custody nature of research compounds, we cannot accept returns on any product whose seal has been broken, vial opened, contents reconstituted, or packaging tampered with. Opened product cannot be reintroduced to inventory under any circumstance.
Replacement-Only Policy
02For qualifying claims (damaged in transit, missing items, incorrect product shipped), our default remedy is replacement of the affected product at no additional charge, subject to inventory.
A monetary refund may be issued in lieu of replacement at SCP's discretion when the affected product is out of stock or discontinued.
7-Day Reporting Window
03All issues — damage, missing items, incorrect items, or visible defects — must be reported to support@sincitypeptides.com within seven (7) calendar days of confirmed delivery. Claims submitted after this window cannot be honored.
Reports must include: order number, lot number, photographs of the outer packaging, photographs of the affected product, and a description of the issue.
Purity Defect — Full Refund
04If you obtain an independent third-party Certificate of Analysis from a recognized laboratory demonstrating that the delivered lot falls below the purity stated on our COA, you will receive a full refund of the product price upon submission of the verifying report and return of the unused portion.
Damaged or Incorrect Shipments
05If a product arrives damaged due to carrier mishandling, or due to a packaging or fulfillment error attributable to SCP, we will issue a replacement at no cost. Photographic evidence of the damaged outer packaging and product must accompany the claim.
Risk of Loss Transfers Upon Delivery
06Responsibility for the product transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery at the shipping address on file. Theft, loss, damage, or degradation occurring after delivery is not covered. Buyers in high-risk delivery locations should request signature confirmation at checkout.
Refund Processing Time
07When a refund is approved, SCP processes the refund within 24 hours. Time for funds to appear in your account is governed entirely by your issuing bank or card network and is outside SCP's control — typically 3–10 business days.
Non-Refundable Conditions
08- Products opened, reconstituted, or stored improperly after delivery
- Products purchased in error by the buyer
- Refusal of delivery without prior written authorization
- Orders flagged for fraud, chargeback, or sanctions screening
- Any product alleged to have been used in violation of our Research Use Only Disclaimer
- Claims submitted outside the 7-day reporting window
How to File a Claim
09Email support@sincitypeptides.com with the subject line “Claim — [Order Number]” and include order number, lot number, photographs, and a description of the issue. A claim ticket will be opened within one business day.
