Policy

Orders placed before 2:00 PM PT on a business day typically ship the same day; orders placed after that window ship the next business day. Orders flagged for fraud or identity verification may be held up to 72 hours pending review.

• Standard (USPS Priority): 2–4 business days within the continental United States.
• Expedited (UPS / FedEx 2-Day): 2 business days, available at checkout.
• Overnight: Next business day, signature required.

Transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

A flat shipping rate of $30 applies to every domestic order, regardless of order size, weight, or destination. The rate is shown at checkout before payment is taken.

All shipments use plain, unbranded outer packaging with no product imagery on the exterior. Temperature-sensitive compounds ship with insulation and gel packs as appropriate; for overnight cold-chain delivery, choose the Overnight option at checkout.

A tracking number is emailed at fulfillment. A lot-coded Certificate of Analysis is included with every shipment and is also retrievable from your order page.

Orders ship FOB origin from our Las Vegas facility. Title and risk of loss transfer to the buyer upon hand-off to the carrier; responsibility for the product transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery. SCP retains responsibility for properly packaging and labeling each shipment.

Packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier are the responsibility of the recipient. SCP will assist by opening a carrier trace, but cannot guarantee replacement of items reported missing after a delivery scan. We strongly recommend signature confirmation for any order shipping to a high-risk address.

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Packages returned due to incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or unclaimed pickup are subject to reshipping fees. Reshipment requires payment of new shipping charges.

International shipping is offered at SCP's discretion and may be restricted by destination, product, and applicable export controls. The buyer is the importer of record and is responsible for all duties, taxes, brokerage, and compliance with local law. Refused international shipments are non-refundable.

SCP reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order, restrict shipment to any destination, or require additional verification at any time, for any reason consistent with applicable law.
