Research Use
Only Disclaimer

All compounds, peptides, reagents, and materials offered by Sin City Peptides are sold strictly for in-vitro laboratory research and development by trained professionals. Any use outside a controlled laboratory environment is strictly prohibited.

Products are not drugs, food, cosmetics, or dietary supplements as defined by the U.S. Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (21 U.S.C. § 321). They have not been evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), the European Medicines Agency (EMA), or any other regulatory body.

Products are supplied solely as laboratory reference materials for in-vitro research and analytical work.

By placing an order, you affirm under penalty of perjury that you are a qualified researcher, scientist, or licensed organization with the credentials, training, and laboratory facilities to safely handle research chemicals. Products may only be received, stored, and handled by trained professionals operating in a controlled laboratory environment.

You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase from Sin City Peptides. We may request government-issued identification at our discretion. Misrepresentation of age voids the order.

Nothing on this site — including product names, descriptions, references, citations, or third-party studies — constitutes medical advice or a representation of safety, efficacy, or fitness for any particular purpose. Citations are provided for scientific context only.

Any in-vivo use or application of products outside a controlled laboratory environment is a material breach of these terms, performed solely at the user's own risk, and voids all warranties, refunds, and SCP liability of any kind. You agree to indemnify Sin City Peptides against any third-party claims arising from misuse — see the Terms & Conditions.

At checkout, every buyer must affirmatively check the box reading:

“I understand these products are for laboratory research use only.”

Orders cannot be placed without this acknowledgement.
