You must be at least 21 years of age, of sound mind, and legally able to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction. By submitting an order you represent that you meet these requirements and that you are a qualified researcher, scientist, or licensed organization with the training and facilities to safely handle research chemicals.

We may, at our sole discretion, request government-issued identification or institutional affiliation to verify eligibility. Misrepresentation voids the order and all warranties.

Placement of an order, creation of an account, or any other use of this site constitutes acceptance of these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Refund & Return Policy, Shipping Policy, and Research Use Only Disclaimer, each incorporated herein by reference.

All products are sold strictly for in-vitro laboratory research and development by trained professionals. Products are not intended for human or veterinary consumption, ingestion, injection, inhalation, topical application, diagnostic, therapeutic, or clinical use of any kind. They are not drugs, food, cosmetics, or dietary supplements as defined under the U.S. Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.

Products have not been evaluated by the FDA, EMA, or any other regulatory body and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

All orders are offers to purchase and remain subject to our acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, limit, or hold any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, AVS or CVV mismatches, sanctioned-party screening, unusual order patterns, or failure of identity verification.

Flagged orders may be subject to manual review and additional verification documentation. Funds authorized on a card prior to cancellation are released on the timeline of the issuing bank.

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Buyer is responsible for all applicable sales tax, duties, brokerage, and import fees.

Research chemicals carry inherent risks. You voluntarily assume all risk of loss, injury, damage, or harm arising from receipt, storage, handling, use, misuse, or disposal of any product. To the fullest extent permitted by law you release, waive, and discharge SCP, its owners, officers, employees, suppliers, manufacturers, and affiliates from any claim arising out of your purchase or use of any product.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SCP from and against any and all third-party claims, liabilities, damages, losses, judgments, settlements, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your use or misuse of any product, including any in-vivo use; (c) your violation of any law or third-party right; or (d) your negligent or willful acts.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SCP's total aggregate liability arising out of any order shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim. In no event shall SCP be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages — including lost profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Products are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”. SCP disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, except as expressly stated in our Certificate of Analysis.

All site content — text, graphics, the Sin City Peptides wordmark and bottle artwork, photography, and product descriptions — is the property of SCP and protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws. No portion may be reproduced without prior written consent.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY — THIS AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or any purchase shall be resolved exclusively by final and binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, seated in Clark County, Nevada. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

CLASS ACTION WAIVER: You and SCP each agree that any proceeding will be brought solely in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims and may not preside over any form of representative or class proceeding. You waive any right to a jury trial.

You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to legal@sincitypeptides.com within 30 days of your first order.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions. Subject to the arbitration clause above, the state and federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any matter not subject to arbitration.

SCP may update these Terms at any time. The version in effect at the time of your order governs that order. Continued use of the site following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
